There was a problem with getting. 5 products combined in 2 parcels (that their 2 I learned later) and assigned 1 new track number. According to the data, they came in 25 days. Assigned new track number upon receipt of 1 parcel with other item by Post showed in tracking all 5 items that parcel delivered. All sellers referred to tracking data and correspondingly the Mail also could not find the remaining goods, as they were considered received. I did not know what to do, how to prove that the goods in the parcel was not. Helped the case, 11.01.2020 called from the post office and said that you are running out of time to store the parcel. Turned out to be 2 parcel, with the same track number. Upon receipt, the Mail staff themselves were surprised, as it was, the parcel on this number was issued. Holder liked, works clearly. The only thing when you lower the phone, the bottom holders converge tightly, charging immediately does not stick, but they are very easy to divorce with your fingers and if you immediately insert the phone with the charging wire, there are no problems.
